Why Flexxifinger ?

FlexxifingerTM Crop Lifters are a proven solution to aid the lifting and feeding of crops at Harvest Time especially in tangled, patchy or down crops.

These lifters are designed for easy fitting with ground following adjustability and ability to gently lift the crop, minimising shatter loss.

Pulse Crop Lifter

Nylon Finger easily replaceable and fitted if damaged – wont hurt your header (ensure steel body is well secured)

Suits: peas, lentils, chickpeas, black beans, pinto beans, soy beans, white beans

Recommended spacing is one lifter per foot across the header.

Short 70mm nylon Finger leaves approximately 38mm of stubble whereas the long 120mm nylon Finger leaves 38mm to 70mm of stubble.

Heavy Duty Crop Lifter

Nylon Finger easily replaceable and fitted if damaged – wont hurt your header (ensure steel body is well secured)

Crop type: pulses, cereals, rices, oilseed, forage and other specialty crops

Generally, the recommended spacing is one lifter per foot across the header. Harvesting some row or bedded crops, where lifters mounted to the row or a combination of different Flexxifinger® lifters to maximize recovery have proven beneficial. Several Nylon Fingers options exist.

Flexxifloat Crop Lifters

The FlexxiFloat crop lifter series have a spring-pivot which allows the lifter to follow the fluctuations of the ground, making it ideal for uneven ground conditions. There are two means for adjustment. The adjustment screw limits the downward travel of the shoe, while the pivot spring self-adjusts to fluctuate with the rises in the ground level.

Several optional shoes are available to pin to the lifter.

The FlexxiFloat™ 200 (73200 & 74200) is used in crops with a shorter stand and/or where the plants are more delicate, such as lentils, peas and beans. Made of sturdy cast metal, this lifter is capable of standing up to the most challenging ground conditions.

Crop type: peas, lentils, chickpeas, black beans, pinto beans, soy beans, white beans

Because the FlexxiFloat™ 200 is an all metal lifter, caution must be exercised by the combine operator to minimize the potential of damaging the header/ combine.

Generally, the recommended spacing is one lifter per foot across the header.

The FlexxiFloat™ 250 (73250 & 74250) is used on taller, heavier foliage crops. Made of sturdy cast metal, this lifter is capable of standing up to the most challenging ground conditions.

Crop Type –some pulses, cereals, rice, oilseed, forage, hemp and other specialty crops

Generally, the recommended spacing is one lifter per foot across the header. Harvesting some row or bedded crops, where lifters mounted to the row or a combination of different Flexxifinger® lifters to maximize recovery have proven beneficial.  Some or all of these components are made of steel, therefore care must be exercised by the combine operator to minimize possible damage to the header/ combine.
