The Nylon Extension fingers clip onto the Adapt-A-Gap range of knife guards allowing compression of light crops when cutting as well as collection and feeding of stray grains and pods reducing crop losses.
If your Harvester Fronts WORKING POSITION is NOSE DOWN then the Standard BLUE single Extension Finger is suitable as it is raised up at the nose so that when it is mounted on the Adapt-A-Gap knife guard it is parallel to the ground for the NOSE DOWN front when harvesting.
If your Harvester Fronts WORKING POSITION is PARALLEL to the Ground then the PINK single Extension Finger with the “-3” is suitable as it is horizontal or parallel to both the Adapt-A-Gap knife guard and the front.
These Adapt-A-Gap four Finger knife guards are suitable from light crops of under 1.2 tonnes per Ha to the heavier crops of over 3 tonnes per Ha when using the Snap-On finger extensions.

This light duty lifter is designed to pickup down or lodged crop and can be fitted to any of our Adapt-A-gap knife guard series.
Our single Finger Extensions have codes such as FE21 (narrow) FE17, FE13 (wider) and FE30W(widest) as displayed above.
The standard angle in Blue and raised at the nose whilst the horizontal fingers are Pink and have a “-3” in the code e.g. FE13-3.
